We aim to offer a fair and consistent experience for every candidate and every position.
Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by both the hiring manager and the Talent Acquisition team. If your profile matches the role, we’ll contact you by email to schedule the first step of the process.
1) The HR Interview
This first conversation allows you to introduce yourself, ask any questions you may have about the role or the company, and discuss culture fit as well as key skills relevant to the position.
2) The Manager Interview
This interview is conducted by your future manager and sometimes a team member. It gives you a concrete overview of the role, the team, and what you can expect in your day‑to‑day responsibilities.
3) The Case Study or the Roleplay
Every new hire at Skeepers completes a case study. It may be prepared at home and then presented to the panel, or completed live during a dedicated interview, depending on the role.
4) The Team Fit Interview
Acting as one team is one of our core values at Skeepers. This step allows you to meet your future teammates, explore how cross‑team collaboration works, learn about ongoing projects, and understand how we collectively aim high.
5) The C‑level Interview
This final conversation gives you the opportunity to meet your future C‑level leader and dive deeper into the department’s strategy—what’s at stake, what matters most, and how you could contribute to the organization.
