At Skeepers, we empower brands with innovative SaaS solutions that transform customer engagement and drive business success. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an Key Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
You'll be part of the Enterprise & Global Account Sales Team, reporting directly to the VP Sales Enterprise & Global Accounts, working alongside a high-performing team of 8 professionals. Your mission? Maximize value within existing accounts by expanding relationships across departments, business units, and entities.

✔ Own and expand your portfolio – You’ll manage a set of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our 6 innovative solutions across new teams, departments, and global subsidiaries.
✔ Be a strategic partner – Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they maximize the impact of Skeepers' solutions.
✔ Drive multi-threaded growth – Open doors in different regions, business units, and subsidiaries, driving account expansion at scale.
✔ Work with a strong support system – Leverage SDRs, BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Bid Management teams to craft compelling proposals and deliver value-driven solutions.
✔ Engage at a high level – Interact with C-level stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to deepen partnerships.
✔ Lead strategic initiatives – Act as a project manager, orchestrating complex negotiations, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and managing multi-faceted sales cycles.

What do you bring to the table?
- Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management within SaaS.
- A strong track record of upselling, cross-selling, and expanding accounts.
- Experience in MarTech, Customer Experience (CX), or related fields.
- Fluency in both English and French – You’ll work with global clients.
- The ability to manage long sales cycles and drive deals to completion.
- A growth mindset – You thrive on challenges and love exceeding expectations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and drive data-backed decisions.
