Customer Success Manager Europe (F/M/X)
Skeepers is hiring a bilingual Customer Success Manager (IT/EN) to support SMB clients, drive adoption, and boost retention of our UGC SaaS platform across France and Italy.

Your Role: Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Skeepers, you’ll join a growing international team and manage a portfolio of SMB clients—primarily in France and Italy—to help them unlock the full value of our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, data-savvy, and passionate about SaaS. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the adoption and optimization of our solution while driving long-term retention and customer advocacy.
What You'll Do
Client Success & Retention
- Proactively manage a portfolio of SMB clients, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction
- Analyze customer KPIs to identify risks and upsell opportunities
- Conduct Business Reviews and provide strategic recommendations
- Train and empower users to maximize platform value
- Resolve product-related queries, ensuring timely and clear communication
Customer Advocacy
- Transform your best customers into active ambassadors
- Collect feedback and success stories to share with internal teams and marketing
- Promote best practices and support onboarding of new users
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing to improve customer experience
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing
- Escalate and track customer issues to ensure timely resolution
Tools You’ll Use
We work with a modern stack to support your success:
Salesforce, Zendesk, Planhat, Jira
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a CSM or in a client-facing role in a SaaS environment (CX or MarTech is a plus)
- Fluent in French, Italian, and English – Spanish is a nice bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships
- Comfortable analyzing KPIs and using data to guide decisions
- Well-organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Curious and collaborative mindset—you enjoy working as part of a team but also know how to take initiative and manage your priorities
