About the Role
Within the SVC vertical — one of the most dynamic and strategic areas of our platform — you will lead a team of developers and technical experts dedicated to building the next generation of tools that connect brands and influencers.
Our Influencer Marketing product is built around a Ruby on Rails core application, complemented by Node.js services and a React-based frontend. Your mission will be to guide the technical vision, ensure smooth integration across services, and scale the platform to support rapid growth.
Reporting directly to the VP Engineering, and working closely with the CPTO, you’ll be responsible for both technical leadership and people management of an empowered squad. You’ll collaborate with Product and UX teams to co-design scalable and user-centric solutions that create measurable impact for our customers.
Your Key Responsabilities:
Technical & Product Roadmap:
- Co-own the technical and product roadmap with the Product Manager and UX Designer
- Define the architecture vision for a modular, high-performing, and scalable platform
- Translate complex challenges (data models, scalability, integrations) into achievable milestones
Engineering Excellence:
- Lead a team of developers (Tech Lead, Backend, Frontend, Fullstack) and foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Champion engineering best practices including DDD, TDD, CI/CD, clean code principles
- Conduct code reviews and design validations, ensuring software quality and maintainability
- Encourage exploration of modern technologies to keep our stack evolving
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and grow your team through career development, mentoring, and training
- Actively participate in hiring and partner with HR to attract and retain top talent
- Coach your team in agile delivery, autonomy, and accountability
Delivery & Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the delivery of high-traffic, data-intensive applications with strong performance
- Guide the design, scaling, and optimization of our Rails and Node-based microservices architecture
- Monitor delivery KPIs: velocity, quality, scalability, and maintainability

What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack or backend focus
- 2+ years in an engineering leadership or management role, ideally in SaaS/Agile environments
- Solid experience with Rails or Node.js at scale and strong knowledge of React frontends
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects, design scalable architectures, and manage stakeholders
- Track record of mentoring developers across levels (junior to senior)
- Strong technical understanding of microservices, cloud environments, and DevOps practices
- Effective communicator able to bridge technical and non-technical discussions
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
