About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented and organized Field Marketing Manager to power our growth activity in Spain. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales – ideal for someone eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment.
As a key member of our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the VP Growth Marketing, you’ll help design, execute, and optimize local marketing campaigns and events, that build brand visibility, customer engagement, and accelerate our sales pipeline in the Iberian market.
Key responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end field marketing initiatives – including webinars, tradeshows, executive roundtables and VIP networking events.
- Oversee logistics, vendor management, budget tracking, pre & post-event reporting and ensure workflows are optimized for pipeline acceleration.
- Create compelling event assets (invitations, presentations, follow-up materials).
- Align every event with regional growth objectives and global go-to-market strategy.
Campaign Development & Partner activation
- Collaboration with sales and global marketing team to design integrated, high impact local campaigns.
- Co-create joint marketing programs with strategic partners to expand reach and credibility.
- Research and evaluate new events and sponsorships opportunities that strengthen brand positioning in Spain.
Content, Communication & Amplification
- Support event & content promotion via email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Develop and adapt messaging to resonate with local audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Curate and distribute post-event content (recordings, summaries, testimonials) to extend engagement.
- Lead the creation and distribution of the monthly marketing newsletter, ensuring relevance and creativity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (lead quality, pipeline generation, booking, ROI).
- Provide events and campaigns performance analysis, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify whitespace opportunities and optimize strategy.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Livestorm, etc.) for accurate tracking and reporting.
Who you are
- You’ve completed your Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business, and bring initial experience in Field Marketing from an internship or previous role
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Canva, Livestorm, HubSpot)
- Fluent in Spanish. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
