About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to drive growth across the Iberian and English-speaking European markets (UK, Ireland, DACH, Benelux, Nordics). This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in closing enterprise deals, understands the MarTech ecosystem, and has a proven track record of success in SaaS sales.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with enterprise clients, managing complex sales cycles, and positioning our solutions as a key driver of marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development: Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic enterprise accounts across Iberia and Europe.
Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage key decision-makers through CRM tools, LinkedIn, and personalized campaigns.
Consultative Selling: Lead discovery calls to uncover pain points, demonstrate ROI, and align solutions with client objectives.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos of our SaaS platform, showcasing value and addressing client challenges.
Objection Handling: Educate and reassure prospects on SaaS adoption, fostering trust and confidence.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements, ensuring smooth handoff to Customer Success.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitive trends and position our offerings effectively.
Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding evolving client needs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in MarTech, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
Track Record: Proven success in closing complex deals and exceeding revenue targets.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Iberian and European markets, including cultural and business nuances.
Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).
Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
